YOU ARE AGREEING TO PROCEED AND PAY FOR OUR SERVICES WHEN YOU SUBMIT THIS FORM.
This form is a contract between yourself and Animals 2U. Because this form is also used as job sheets on the day, please ensure that the information provided in it, is correct, and that the address is clearly stated (including cross streets) so that you are assured of receiving the entertainment you are expecting on the day and that we arrive on time.
Animals 2U staff will go purely off the information provided on this form, and not go by any correspondence or messages sent after this form is submitted.
Double check all the information before submitting your booking form. If you make a mistake, or need to make changes to your booking at a later stage, you will need to re-submit the form, and make a note on it that it is be re-submitted.

Please note that set times of 10 am and 2 pm apply for all bookings, unless previously arranged with us over the phone, if you specify a different time that has not been agreed to, this will delay your booking and may cause you to miss out on the spot.
The return of this booking form does not mean that your booking with us is secure, you will receive an email to confirm your booking and will be asked for full payment or a purchase order (if you are an authorised organisation) for us to hold the booking for you.

Cancellations and postponements are not refundable unless we were able to fill the spot with another booking and changes to your booking once the form is submitted will incur a $25 + GST Administration fee for each change.
The date will be marked as “available” in our system, to other potential customers, until such time as the booking is confirmed with your payment or a purchase order, so it is advised that you make your payment TODAY or provide a purchase order ASAP to avoid disappointment.
Our banking details are as follows, please only make a deposit once you have checked that the date and time you are wantiing to book is still available, and use your surname or invoice number as a reference.

You will need to provide adequate access and parking for 3 m high Van or a car and horse float you can check with us to find out what vehicle will be coming on the day (3 tandem car spaces if our horse float is required, and a singe car space for our van) – no parking or access, means we may run late or be unable to set up at all. If you don’t hear from us prior to the day, you must confirm your booking at least 24 hours before your party this will avoid misunderstandings.
PLEASE NOTE: THAT PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY THE DUE DATE, FAILURE TO PAY BY THE DUE DATE MAY RESULT IN THE DATE NO LONGER BEING AVAILABLE. PLEASE CHECK WITH US TO ENSURE THE SPOT IS STILL AVAILABLE IF YOU ARE PAYING AFTER THE DUE DATE.
